Need help with pc build.

Hi everyone! I am building a gaming oriented pc. My local hardware store gave me the following pc build for a price of 94500rs. I wanna know are there any problems with the build (like bottle neck, or are they selling me overpriced?)

I have also asked the local hardware person to give me a 4 slots motherboard for future ram upgradibilty.

Also the point is to be noted I want my pc to run intensive games like cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p atleast around 40-50fps with ray tracing (possibly as max as I can) . Won't be using it for video editing or rendering stuff. Thanks!

My location is near Kolkata Chadni market only. So anyone has any store recomendatipn options I'm open to hear that too !
